As a courtesy, you should tell the company that produces the genuine brand. Send them the link to the listing and the photo of what you received; they will handle it from there and work with eBay to get the seller shut down.

Your first step is to contact the seller and request a Return Shipping Label and a refund.
Don't get in a conversation about this. You want the RSL and the refund. Nothing else.
When you are turned down (because a scammer is unlikely to cooperate), go to the eBay Resolution Centre and open an Item Not As Described dispute.
The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller . You've already done that so ask eBay to step in and escalate to a Claim.
EBay will tell the seller to send you a Return Shipping Label and when the RSL shows he has the item back, you will be refunded.

Ask for a return because the item was not as described. Document why the item was not as described (why you believe it is fake) with images if possible. Do NOT talk and argue with the seller, do everything via ebay within the 30 days from receipt of the product.
Do not wait nor contact the seller separately first, as others advise, open directly a "not as described" case. An honest seller who really made a mistake will propose a solution or accept the return, in both cases the seller will not be penalized. But you don't have anything to gain from waiting before opening the case.
